What is actually in an AI Diagnostic

The $999 buys one working workflow, built live, and a document covering the rest. Here is what you get, and what you don't.

Most businesses we talk to have already tried AI. Somebody has a ChatGPT tab open, somebody else pasted a customer email into it once, and nothing about the week has changed. The gap is never the tool. It is that nobody has sat down and worked out which specific, repeating job in this specific business is worth handing over, and what handing it over actually involves.

Session one: walk the week

Forty-five minutes, and it is not a sales call. We walk through the week: what gets typed twice, what gets chased, what waits on one person, what happens every single Monday. You do not prepare anything and you do not need to bring financials. Most of what we need comes out of describing an ordinary week out loud, because the repetition is obvious to us and invisible to you.

The build session

Ninety minutes, live. We build your quoting workflow on your own RFQ and quote - nothing leaves the building - and hand it over working before the session ends. One workflow, one session, written into the proposal. 30 days of tuning on it are included.

The document

The Diagnostic is a step-by-step implementation guide, not a summary of our conversation. For each repetitive task we found, it says:

  • What the task is, in your words, and roughly how much of the week it takes.
  • Which specific way to hand it off - an off-the-shelf tool, a workflow between tools you already pay for, or a purpose-built agent.
  • The steps to put it in place, in order, including what has to be decided by a human and what does not.
  • The hours a week it should give back, and what has to be true for that to hold.

It is written so that you can hand it to somebody else and they can do the work. That is deliberate. Plenty of clients run it themselves.

The follow-up session

We go through the document together, answer what it raises, and put the items in the order worth doing them in - which is usually not the order of size. The thing that pays back in the first week goes first, because momentum is most of what makes any of this stick.

What the guarantee covers

Find 5-10 hrs/week - or it's free. The judgment happens right after the walk-the-week call: we run the analysis, and if it doesn't identify five to ten hours a week of work AI can take off your plate, we tell you straight and refund the $999 in full - no build. It is deliberately not a promise about hours you actually save, because that depends on whether you do the work, and we don't control that part.

What it is not

It is not a technology audit, an integration project, or a licence to sell you software. It doesn't require access to your books, your systems, or your data. And it doesn't assume the answer is yes - if a job is not worth automating, the document says so and says why.
