About
We built this for our own businesses first.
Everything we sell is something we needed, built, and still use.
The story
It started as a spreadsheet problem.
We spent years building forecasts and analysis inside companies - originations forecasting, revenue operations analytics, budgets, cash. Big organizations, where a bad forecast is a board conversation. The tools there are good, and expensive, and none of them are pointed at a business with nine trucks.
At the same time we were running small businesses of our own. Same questions, no analyst. When can we hire? Can we carry that payment through February? Which jobs actually made money last quarter? We answered them the long way, by hand, month after month.
So we built the small-business version: the monthly read, the cash flow model, the budget check. First for ourselves, then for the people who asked how we were doing it.
Then the other half
The week was the bigger leak.
Once the numbers were clear, the constraint moved. It wasn't information anymore, it was hours - quotes rebuilt from scratch, leads answered late, invoices chased when somebody remembered, the same figures re-keyed into a second system.
We've now put roughly a thousand hours between us into learning, building and implementing this stuff: AI tools, CRMs, automations, agents, internal apps. Not in a lab. In our own businesses, and in the businesses of people who let us try.
We're still running those businesses today, still using these tools every week. When something we recommend stops working, we find out the same way you would.
How we work
What you can expect.
We'll tell you no
If you're too early, or the problem is bookkeeping rather than analysis, we say so on the first call. That's cheaper for both of us than a bad engagement.
Nothing depends on us
Every plan is written so your own team could run it. If keeping something alive requires a specialist, it was built wrong.
Prices on the page
What we charge, and what moves the number, in public. You shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether you can afford us.
Small business, same questions.
