AI implementation
Find the repetitive work. Hand it to AI.
Start with a free 45-minute discovery call. If we cannot find five to ten hours a week worth going after, we will tell you straight. You are out 45 minutes.
The path
From a messy week to a buildable plan.
Walk the week
We map what actually happens: the tasks, who does them, how often, how long and where the same information gets typed twice.
Build the vision
On the vision call, we show you what should change, what should stay with your team and which three processes should come first.
Choose how to move
Take the Playbook, keep two projects moving each month on retainer, or price one project at a time.
Where the hours usually sit
Jobs that repeat, not jobs that matter less.
Lead replies. Quotes rebuilt from scratch. Invoice chasing that stops during a busy week. Scheduling. The same numbers re-keyed into a second system. The update somebody rebuilds every Monday.
These are the jobs that tend to pay back first, and the ones your team is happiest to give up.
Choose the next step
Plan it, keep building or scope one project.
Three processes, written step by step so your team can implement them in a weekend.
Two projects a month. Maintenance included while the retainer is active.
A defined tool setup, workflow automation or custom AI agent.
Maintenance is included while a retainer or active project is underway. Standalone maintenance is $250 a month during down periods.
What people ask
Before the first call.
What happens on the free call?
We walk through the week and look for five to ten hours of repetitive work worth changing. If it is not there, we say so. If it is, the next step is a vision call.
What exactly do I get for $999?
A Playbook for three processes: one step-by-step guide for each, with the tools, setup, handoffs, build order and checks. It is written so your team can implement it in a weekend.
Will this replace anyone on my team?
That is not the aim. The work starts with repetition: the part of the week your people should not have to rebuild by hand.
Do I have to buy tools?
Sometimes. We tell you what each tool costs before it becomes part of a build. Many of the best fixes use systems you already pay for.
Do I need to qualify for the call?
No. There is no application. Book the time and bring the business as it is.
Worst case, you learn where the week goes.
